Charles E. Stearns

Dr. Charles E. Stearns was chairman of the Billerica Historical Commission from its first appointment in November 1972 until he resigned in January 1993, and chairman of the Historic District Study Committee from 1974 into the late 1980s. He was later listed as an honorary member of the Commission.
